We are devastated to announce that on September 20, 2022, Adam Stanley Kociniak passed away at the age of 44 years.

Adam is survived by his loving wife, Brittani; son, Carter; daughter, Harlow; mother, Mira Lillie; brother, Patrick (Arrlin) Kociniak; sister, Jackie (Craig) Day; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
He was predeceased by his dad, Stanley.

We will take comfort in knowing that Adam fought so hard and for so long to be here with us. Please keep his children in your thoughts as we navigate this huge loss together. There are no words to express how heartbroken and devastated we all are.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 24 at 2:00 p.m. at the Polish Hall, 10960 – 104 Street, Edmonton, AB.
