Condolence From: Lorna A.
Condolence: I did not know my Uncle Adolph as well as my older sisters did, as I never lived on the farm & had those extra visits. He was a quiet man who was more thoughtful observer than talker. However, I had no problem recognizing in him the same wonderful qualities that I had known in my grandfather, my father, & other Olchowy men & women. Some of these qualities are: gentleness backed by a quiet strength, loving parent, a belief in contributing to their community, and acceptance of all people despite race or creed. Qualities that we need more of in our world, and we are privileged to have had that example set for us, and to have experienced their warmth, their wisdom & their love.
In Adolph's honor, we have made a donation to the Canada-Ukraine Foundation's Humanitarian Appeal, which among other things, is helping refugees in Poland & beyond.
May his children's hearts be filled with the memory of a lifetime of his love.
Sincerely, Lorna

Condolence: Dear Gloria, I am so sorry to see that your father passed away. Although I never met him, I did enjoy our conversations at the studio. Your love for him shone through whenever you spoke of him. Take care my friend and hold the memories close.

Condolence From: Elaine and Pat Merrick
Condolence: Dear Patricia, Gloria and Bill, Gerald, James and Caroline and families, I remember our visits at your home in Thorhild, then the farm, and the stories of how our fathers worked together. Your dad’s intelligence and his love of dancing are other memories I have.
Our deepest sympathy! Love, Elaine + Pat
