We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Anne Parkes on July 21, 2022, at the age of 91 years.

Anne is survived by her son, Terry (Ginger); grandchildren, Hailyn, Willow Sparrow, William and Sophia; former daughter-in-law, Iris; and sisters-in-law, Rose and Doreen. She will also be missed by numerous nieces and nephews.

Anne was predeceased by her husband, George; parents, William and Mary Shapka; siblings, Katherine, George, Steve, John, Sophie and Florence.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton with Right Reverend Father Stephan Semotiuk officiating.
