It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Carmela Caputo on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at the age of 82 years.

Carmela is survived by her loving husband, Settimio; son, Luciano (Lisa) Caputo; daughter, Maria (Antonio) Coccimiglio; grandchildren, Kristina Coccimiglio, Carlo Caputo, Marco (Rima) Caputo and Eugenio Coccimiglio; great-grandchild, Arabella Caputo; siblings, Veranda Perri, Emma Coccimiglio, Bianca (Emilio) Coccimiglio; as well as numerous nephews, nieces and extended family.

She was predeceased by her brother, Mario Medaglia (Maria Rose); brother-in-law, Genila Perri and Bruno Coccimiglio.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects Thursday, September 22, 2022, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue NW, Edmonton. Funeral Mass Friday, September 23, 2022, at 10 a.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 9110 - 110 Avenue NW, Edmonton.
