April 13, 1955 – February 13, 2023

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of James Campbell on Monday, February 13, 2023, at the age of 67 years.

James grew up in Springhill, Nova Scotia before moving to Houston, Texas in the early 70s. In 1975 he enlisted in the army, eventually completing his time with an honorable discharge. He moved to Jack County in 1985, taking a job for Hawk Transport and worked for them for over 30 years. His work took him across the entire United States. James was devoted to his family and was a loving and caring son, father, and grandfather. He will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish James’ memory are his children, Jimmy (Kate), Patrick, Ashley (Randy) and Dorian (Tanya); 16 grandchildren, as well as numerous cousins, aunts and other extended family. He is reunited with his mother, Posey Cotilda; granddaughter, Destiny Faith; and grandmother, Helen.

Honouring James’ wishes, no formal service will be held.
