May 3, 1943 – April 22, 2023

It is with incredible sadness that we announce the passing of Jean Laniuk of Edmonton, formerly of Flat Lake, Alberta.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Lana (Roy) Garcia; son, Loren (Tera and daughter, Casandra); grand-daughters, Emma and Kasey Garcia; and siblings, Rose, George (Jackie), Margaret, and Robert; as well as numerous extended family members.

Jean was predeceased by her husband, Bill; parents, Angus and Annie Reszel; and siblings, Frances, Florence, Annie, and John.

Prayers will be held Friday, May 5, 2023, at 7 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 10 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, 11828 - 85 Street, Edmonton.
