John Tkachyk was born April 11,1934, in Waskatenau, Alberta and passed away Friday, July 8, 2022, in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 88 years.

John is survived and mourned by his daughter, Debbie; granddaughter, Tamara; sister, Mary; brothers, Bill (Carol), Jim and Emil; his special friend, Lil; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

John was predeceased by his sister, Jean; and brothers, Nick, Orest, Steve and Alex.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
