On March 5, 2023, Mrs. Lucille Dorothy Darcy of Mayerthorpe, AB, formerly of Blue Ridge passed away at the age of 88 years.

Dorothy will be fondly remembered by her husband of 53 years, “Slim”; daughters, Melina Giberson, Pamela (Howard) Campbell, Kathy (Dale) Harrison; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Willa, Betty Lou and Leonard (Marion); sister-in-law, Vera; and her dear nephews and nieces.

Dorothy was predeceased by her son, Eugene; brother, Norman; sister, Marcella; and brother-in-law, Jim.

Thank you to the Mayerthorpe RCMP and Associated Ambulance Emergency Responders for the kind support shown to Dorothy and Slim.

A private family ceremony will be held.
