Obituary for Nicola Russomanno
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nicola Russomanno of Edmonton, formerly of Cardinale, Italy on Friday, May 26, 2023, at the age of 95 years.
Nicola is survived by his children, Pasquale (Teresa), Domenic (Loreena), Frank and Mirella (Vito) Daniele; along with ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Provvidenza; parents, Pasquale and Marianna; his brother, and sisters.
A Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 8 p.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 9110 - 110 Avenue NW, Edmonton. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 10 a.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church. Reverend Father Roy Antony, CFIC officiating with interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nicola’s name to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories.
