Our family is utterly heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of our beloved Niksha Ribich, 43, on Monday July 4, 2022, in Stony Plain.

Niksha was born on January 25, 1979, in Edmonton, Alberta. His childhood years were spent living between Serbia and Croatia before the family settled back in Edmonton in 1989.

Throughout his life’s adventures, one thing remained consistent: his undying loyalty to those he called friends and family. He was passionate about many things in life, but nothing came close to his love and pride for his family, Danielle, Novak and Piper. They were his world, now and forever.

Left to forever celebrate his life and cherish his memory are his wife and the love of his life, Danielle; children, Novak and Piper; mama, Mirjana; sister, Rajka (Shon) Tulik; niece, Mila; and nephew, Evan. Niksha was predeceased by his dad, Radovan “Tata”; and grandparents, Stevo and Marija Ribich and Mirko and Zorka Pajic.

The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to all who have reached out, in so many loving ways, during this extremely difficult time. The generosity of your love knows no bounds. We are eternally grateful.

Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life for our dear Niksha on Monday July 11, 2022, at 12 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton with a reception to follow.
