May 7, 1925 – July 14, 2022

With great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, nonno and great-nonno, Salvatore Esposito, at the age of 97 years.

Salvatore is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Maria; daughter, Catherine (Ludvik) Donza; son, Luigi (Marcy); four grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew (Michelle), Brittany and Sean (Anna); great-granddaughter, Penelope; and sisters, Angela Tripodi and Olga Tripodi. He will also be missed by numerous nephews, nieces and dear friends.

Salvatore was predeceased by his parents, Anselmo and Caterina; brothers, Luigi and Franco; and sisters, Maria Anfossi and Anna Esposito.

We will join together for prayers on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 8 p.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 9110 - 110 Avenue, Edmonton. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 10 a.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church. Reverend Father Roy Antony, CFIC officiating with interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, 14611 Mark Messier Trail.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
