February 7, 1927 – June 24, 2022

It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mom, Teresina Sirianni on June 24, 2022, at the age of 95 years. She was born February 7, 1927, in Altilia, Italy.

Teresina was predeceased by her husband, Rosario Sirianni. She is survived by her children, Fernanda Briglio, Joe, Santo, Carmen, Caterina (Michele) Armani; her sisters, Gemma Pagnotta, Lina Fiorillo; sister-in-law, Rosina Ferrari; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy.
Teresina was predeceased by her son, Silverio; in-law children, Mario Briglio and Rhea Sirianni; parents, Sebastiano and Carmela Ferrari; sister, Francesca Muraca; brothers, Francesco Ferrari, Alberto Ferrari and Mario (Philip) Ferrari; brothers-in-law, Saverio Muraca, Modesto Pagnotta, Vittorio Fiorillo; sisters-in-law, Maria Giuseppa Ferrari and Teresa Ferrari; grandson, Christopher Sirianni; great-grandchildren, Filomena Pati and Mario Briglio.

We would like to extend thank yous to her long-time physician, Doctor Gregson as well as Doctor Fiorino at Dickinsfield Extended Care for his care over the last couple of years. We would also like to express our gratitude to the nursing aides, nurses, food service workers and all the support staff at Dickinsfield Extended Care 3B for their care and compassion shown over the last few years.

Prayer Service Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 8 p.m. at Park Memorial, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. Funeral Mass Friday, July 8, 2022, at 10 a.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 9110 - 110 Avenue, Edmonton with Reverend Roy Antony, CFIC officiating with entombment at Holy Cross Mausoleum.
