It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Valentyna Sydorova on Monday, December 5, 2022, at the age of 83 years.

Valentyna is survived by her daughter, Tatiana (Alexander) Makar; grandchildren, Zoriana (Benjamin) and Alina (Brennan); and great-grandchild, Bennett; as well as her relatives in Ukraine, Yuriy, Vitaliy and Victoria.

She was predeceased by her husband, Valerii.

A Divine Liturgy will be held Friday, December 9, 2022, at 10 a.m. at St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church, 11305 – 95A Street, Edmonton with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
