Our deepest sympathies to Sofia; Pam, Aaron, Taylor, Ethan; Stephanie, Dale, Faith, Hannah, Olivia; and the Oleksyn family. Danny first came into our lives when we opened the restaurant in Dickensfield in 1974...and he has had a lasting imprint ever since. He was the kindest most generous person, who would give the shirt off his back. He loved a gathering....if Christmas or Easter at Sof & Dan’s we never knew how many there would be as he would call and invite any friends who didn’t have plans. He never wanted anyone to be on their own. He was always there for me - from when I lived with them while In university, or when he met up with me in Yellowknife, the countless times for support when Jenn was little, even coming to Calgary to paint my house when I moved. We shared many laughs, beverages and debates over the years. Danny you will be greatly missed but never forgotten!
