On Wednesday, November 9, 2022, Caterina Francese peacefully passed away, surrounded by her family at the age of 71 years.

Caterina will forever remain in the hearts of her children, Pino (Liliana) Francese, Antonella (Jeffrey) Molella and Carlo (Daniela) Francese; granddaughters, Cristina, Alessia, Alessandra, Caterina, Ava, Mila and Cenya; siblings, Anna (Luigi) Cosentino, Salvatore (Santina) Pullano and Rita (Salvatore) Carrozza. She will also be sadly missed by her extended family, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her loving husband of 49 years, Bruno Francese; parents, Carmine and Maria Pullano; sister, Antonia (Antonio) Mirante; in-laws, Giuseppe and Maria Antonia Francese; brother-in-law, Michele Francese; and nephew, Joseph Francese.

Family and friends may pay their respects Tuesday, November 15, 2022, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Park Memorial, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 10 a.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 9110 - 110 Avenue, Edmonton. Reverend Glenn McDonald, CSB officiating with entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum.
