Obituary for Cecile Kimak

On Monday, October 17, 2022, Cecile Kimak peacefully passed away, surrounded by her family at the age of 78 years.

Cecile is survived by her sisters, Phyllis (Allan-deceased) and Gladys (Edward); husband, Bernie; nieces, Halley (Stuart) and Karen (Darren); and nephew, Ryan; she was also cherished by numerous grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Mary; brother, Marion; and sister, Elizabeth.

Thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Sturgeon Hospital and staff of St. Michael’s Long Term Care Centre for their compassion and care of Cecile.

A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at 1 p.m. at St. Matthew Roman Catholic Church, 13131 – 86 Street, Edmonton. Reverend Paul Moret officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
