December 31, 1960 – July 16, 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of Peter Donald McLaren, beloved husband of Glenda Ann (née Bouchard), announce his sudden passing at his home in Edmonton on July 16, 2022.

Peter was predeceased by his parents, Neil and Ruth; and his older brother, Neil.

Surviving Peter are his siblings, Louise and Bruce; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Peter graduated with honours from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario with a BSc in Biochemistry. He began his career as a forensic scientist with the RCMP in Edmonton, Alberta, where he worked for 31 years until his retirement in 2016.

Memorial Service Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Riverbend United Church, 14907 – 45 Avenue, Edmonton.
