Condolence: Our family loved Mr. Yee & his good wife very much. We had a furniture store on 15907-100A Avenue just 3 blocks west of Mr. Yee's fine store. When he sold out, I was just 7 yrs. old in 1981. We were very saddened to hear of his passing but a 32.5 years long retirement well deserved & a life well lived. A quality immigrant from China just as my father is a quality immigrant from The Netherlands, Mr. Yee improved the quality of life & the neighborhood of Glenwood/Jasper Place tremendously. He gave me a slushie, free candy, & some comic books to say goodbye when he decided to retire. I was at his store 5 or 6x a week as a kid. Just a tremendous fellow & family man. Deepest condolences & respects to the family!
